Kelly Castellanos was very helpful and attentive with my purchase. With the current production delays of many vehicles, and some dealerships saying 2 months for a new car, Kelly was able to help me get a ne purchase. With the current production delays of many vehicles, and some dealerships saying 2 months for a new car, Kelly was able to help me get a new vehicle in 2 weeks time. She kept me informed of when the vehicle would be available, and when the car finally arrived she made the sale process easy. Definitely ask for Kelly. More

Kelly Castellanos found us our Highlander Hybrid quickly. We live in SC and couldn’t wait 4 to 6 months. We stopped in at Westbury Toyota on the way to see family on LI. Kelly was very professional and found us our vehicle within 7 days . My wife and I made the trip back to pick up our vehicle and drove it home.
