They literally treated me as if I was part of their family! I have purchased two vehicles from them the first truck was wonderful, but I had a baby and I needed a much bigger truck for work and family. family! Mr.Kelly Springer listened to my wants and needs he did not push anything on me that I did not want and he heard my concerns about my finances and I'm so grateful that he listened to me because yes I would love a brand new fancy top of the line truck but realistically I can't afford it! He went above and beyond we did a test drive on one truck a little bit out of my budget but doable. After the test drive I loved the truck but still concerned about pricing so we went back through the inventory and he found the exact truck I wanted every feature the motor tow package everything I needed and they worked with me on my trade-in and every single team member was very respectful did not push anything that I could not afford they didn't make me feel some type of way because of it but they listened to my concerns my needs and wants and they made a custom package designed just for me and what I can afford and gave my family a new truck with a high crash rating and everything else I needed! More

I was very satisfied with my experience buying a Mazda CX-5. Diego was my salesman very nice very polite wasn't pushy. All the sales man there were so friendly very welcoming. Everyone at Cox Chevrolet were great to deal with! They were very honest and up front.
