Mr.Kelly Springer listened to my wants and needs he did not push anything on me that I did not want and he heard my concerns about my finances and I'm so grateful that he listened to me because yes I would love a brand new fancy top of the line truck but realistically I can't afford it! He went above and beyond we did a test drive on one truck a little bit out of my budget but doable. After the test drive I loved the truck but still concerned about pricing so we went back through the inventory and he found the exact truck I wanted every feature the motor tow package everything I needed and they worked with me on my trade-in and every single team member was very respectful did not push anything that I could not afford they didn't make me feel some type of way because of it but they listened to my concerns my needs and wants and they made a custom package designed just for me and what I can afford and gave my family a new truck with a high crash rating and everything else I needed! More
