Kelly joined White River Toyota in 2014 after almost 19 years in the Automotive Industry. She has been in Dealership Sales, Finance, Sales Management, and now we are utilizing her skills bringing the Service and Sales Departments closer together while serving our valued customers as our Business Development & Engagement Specialist. If you ask Kelly why she has stayed in automotive so long- she will tell you it is just fun! She loves helping people and the friends and relationships created over time. White River Toyota is definitely a place that supports that mindset. Kelly has 3 degrees in music - her main interest outside of work. She is married for 25 years and has twin 21 year old girls. I had a new salesperson this time around, because my former salesperson is in a new position. I was referred to Josh Harrington by Chris Killmer, and Josh was great. I would recommend him to anyone I know who is thinking of buying a new Toyota. He was very friendly, courteous, helpful, and honest. If Josh didn't know the answer, he wasn't afraid to say, "I don't know, but let me find out." Other car dealerships that I spoke with were more concerned about when I was going to buy and were kind of pushy. Josh and all of the crew at White River Toyota just made me feel comfortable and didn't push me. The whole experience was A++. More

First time buyer It was my first time buying a car, let alone financing one! Kelly Morrissette had been corresponding with me via email over a few days and had several cars ready and waiting for me when I got to the dealer. Even though I thought my budget laughable (I'm a recent college grad paying off loans, rent and utilities,) she was so honest, respectful, courteous and personable throughout my entire experience. Never once did I feel less than considering my current status in life. In fact, we looked at three cars, test drove two, and I walked out of there with an awesome, perfect-for-me Toyota Corolla. I'm so glad I went through White River Toyota to finance MY FIRST CAR! I'm so excited to drive it, and will recommend White River Toyota to anyone. Their extraordinary customer service skills, knowledge of inventory, honesty and encouragement were so refreshing and relieving. You could tell they really worked together as a happy and helpful team.
