I cannot say enough amazing things specifically about this location OR Greg Taylor- run to Rusty Wallace Kia ALCOA!! My amazing experience started with Greg who is THE BEST from start to finish (and mult this location OR Greg Taylor- run to Rusty Wallace Kia ALCOA!! My amazing experience started with Greg who is THE BEST from start to finish (and multiple times in between lol)- I have been taken advantage of in the past by salespeople- NOT him. He is a true family man and you can actually trust he will treat you as he would his wife or children and have your best interest at heart. He was more than patient enough with me throughout the car buying process (I am not the easiest cookie by this point in life lol) and I got an amazing deal thanks to him. He is extremely hands on and involved even AFTER completing the sale- and I had a false alarm w my car only a week after getting it and couldn't be MORE IMPRESSED with his continued care and customer service (answering and helping me after hours on the wknd!!), and this compliment extends to the service dept in the dealership as well. Donna was my first point of contact for that and she was really on the ball getting things set up to be checked out asap and accommodations made. Nick, the service advisor, could not be more courteous, helpful, and efficient. I feel so good knowing my car will be under his care when needed in the future!! I honestly didn't know what I could expect from a dealership service dept so that was a wonderful surprise. I can happily report that it was an accessory I had placed on my Kia Soul that caused the engine not to start (a safety feature), hate the drama that ensued to figure that out :P, but can say without a shadow of a doubt I made the right decision to make such a large purchase with Kia Alcoa bc I know how I will be treated if any issues DO arise!! Greg has continued to follow up with me since I got my car back. The customer service at this specific location is just outstanding. My car is amazing and so much fun to drive, but that much more great having the security I feel thanks to the dealership I got it from! Most people can't say that with certainty after just the first week of buying their car hehe but I can! Thanks so much again Greg for helping me make the best decision!!!! More

We are on our fourth car with RW Kia. All we ever hear is, "leave a review...we would love a review...here are the answers that will help us in your review." Well, after many reviews, her All we ever hear is, "leave a review...we would love a review...here are the answers that will help us in your review." Well, after many reviews, here is a legit complaint. We brought low tire pressure to the attention of the service department and they dismissed it. On the next scheduled oil change, we again brought it to their attention. Instead of looking, they rotated the tire to another location and said there was nothing. Yesterday, at the scheduled oil change, guess what, they brought to our attention a slow leave/small hole in the tire. As a result, we asked them to plug it and we were denied that service. In addition, they were dismissive and stated that those "tires are know for that." I am really miffed at this approach to service and safety. So, this review is a one star for many reasons. Let's hope they treat the next return customer better. More

I was able to get an appointment within one week at Rusty Wallace Kia, and they started on my car immediately when I brought it in. The service representative told me it would take an hour and 20 minutes, an Wallace Kia, and they started on my car immediately when I brought it in. They then went through everything they did in detail and made sure I understood everything and got me out of there in about an hour and a half. The waiting area was nice and had a variety of free snacks, which was another nice benefit More

Since I didn't get a phone call back I will summit a new survey. I brought my car in last year for check engine light and hesitation. They reset the car and sent me on my merry way. It was matter of days the check engine light came back on. I called Several times and was told your service center was booked way out. So I let it go. This time I came back in check engine light back on. Hesitating and losing power on exclamation. Headlights and tail lights blowing frequently. I've changed lights 4 times around the vehicle. When I came in I was charged 420+ dollars to change spark plugs. I was told my milage didn't cover spark plugs. Why didnt it cover last visit when I came in. I am very tired of purchasing warranty And it not covering. Plus I would of had to pay for diagnostics anyway I can't believe Your charges for spark plugs. I could of gotten full tune up at firestone Where I service my Kia. I will be taking my business elsewhere if your service center Doesn't find out what is wrong with my car. I won't pay another diagnostics for Your lead people to tell me it's not covered. More
