I bought a car 5 years ago and almost had it paid off. Coolant leaked through out my engine. Something I couldn't control. I took it to ford for everything and they never said anything or any signs of it. Coolant leaked through out my engine. Something I couldn't control. I took it to ford for everything and they never said anything or any signs of it. Then tried to tell me it would cost 8000 to fix it leaving me to pay the small remaining balance. Strong arming me to sell it to them for 1000. I will never give ford a penny of my money again. I regret ever stepping foot in that scam car dealership. More

Purchased a used 2015 F250 from Lynn Layton Decatur. I understand buying a used vehicle "As Is" is buyer beware. But, buying a 30K plus used vehicle one would expect all systems to work properly. This i understand buying a used vehicle "As Is" is buyer beware. But, buying a 30K plus used vehicle one would expect all systems to work properly. This is the main reason I purchased from a large dealership. Well that was not the case. Had vehicle for approx. 2 to 3 weeks and the AC/heating system did not work properly. Again, one would expect a large dealership to check ALL systems prior to offering vehicle to the public. Long story short, a month at dealership maintenance department I had to come up with 1000 to fix an AC problem that should have been addressed when the dealership did their preowned inspection. More

No Sale But Good Effort You would think a good review would only be for a great deal on a new or used car. Well, we didn't close the deal and I am still driving a Tacoma that I despise, but Mr. Wimberley and his sales crew did everything they could. At the end of the day we were about 10 dollars apart on payment and nobody had room to move. These folks were great to work with. No pressure, just facts. It will be worth your time to give these folks a shot a putting you in a new or used car. I was ready to drive that truck off the lot and home. More
