This was the worst car buying experience I ever had and luckily I got my car back and can go do business some where else. Very shady sales deals. This was truly the nightmare that would not end. Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I applied online through Kia Motor Finance as a returning customer. The next morning, Kelton called me to tell me I was approved and to talk about the car I w online through Kia Motor Finance as a returning customer. The next morning, Kelton called me to tell me I was approved and to talk about the car I wanted. Right after our call, I had pictures of the car from all angles, including inside, and a video walk around. I told them that was the car I wanted! Kelton set it aside and we scheduled a time for me to come in. I sent in my insurance card and my license and waited until my appointment time. I showed up, and Darryl greeted me at my car, took me over to my new car, and we did a test drive. Darryl made sure I competely understood how to work my new car before I left the lot. Total time in and out, including financing where I got a two tier upgrade, was 1.5 hours. This morning, I got a call from Darryl where he sang happy birthday to me, because I had mentioned I was buying my new car as a birthday present to myself (my birthday was the next day). If you're looking for a new car, this is where I'd go! More
