My husband took my car for its first oil change and he said he had a great experience! The technician was efficient, and professional. He even sent a video and explained everything he was doing as he we said he had a great experience! The technician was efficient, and professional. Dana Lynn De Mone I am extremely UNHAPPY with the SERVICE and also the CONDITION my car was returned to me. I PERSONALLY TAKE CARE OF MY CAR THE INSIDE AND THE OUTSIDE HAD GREASE HAND PRINTS ALL OVER SERVICE and also the CONDITION my car was returned to me. I PERSONALLY TAKE CARE OF MY CAR THE INSIDE AND THE OUTSIDE HAD GREASE HAND PRINTS ALL OVER. AND THE CAR IS NOT RUNNING RIGHT AND THERE ARE ISSUES THAT WERE NOT OCCURING WHEN I BROUGHT VECHICLE TO MERCEDES. I SPENT TOTAL $3600.00 AND AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL... WHEN I CALLED TO BRING BACK THE ANSWER I RECIEVED FROM SERVICE DEPARTMENT WELL THE CAR WAS TOWED HERE...IT DOES NOT MATTER WHY HOW WHEN . I EXPECTED JUST BRING BACK IN AND LETS MAKE YOUR CAR OK............. ALSO, THERE WAS ISSUE WITH CARFAX SAYING I HAD A JUNK TITLE... WHICH WAS WRONG ON YOUR END.I HAVE A, A TITLE PURCHASED CAR AT YOUR DEALERSHIP. PLEASE SOMEONE REACH OUT AND L MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!!!!!! THANK YOU KINDLY, Dana Lynn DeMone More
