I was initially very happy with the service department because they fit me right in and Kelvin was very friendly. The A/C was not working. They "fixed" it, only to have it break 3 days later. They fixe because they fit me right in and Kelvin was very friendly. The A/C was not working. They "fixed" it, only to have it break 3 days later. They fixed it again, only to have it break a few days later. On the third visit in 3 weeks I was told the A/C was working fine and they could not replicate the problem. I was informed they lied and never replicated the problem the first 2 times. So they wasted my time over and over again. They finally, after hours of driving the car around with them, admitted there was a problem but they didn't know what it was. They took another 2 days to diagnose it then informed me the car would need to be in the shop for weeks to repair it. I ended up having to take it to another dealership and start all over again. They were more competent and repaired the system in 4 working days. I did not appreciate how much of my time Atlantic City MB wasted and how obnoxious the service manager was trying to insist the system was working properly after they claimed to have fixed the same problem twice already.
