Worst car buying experience of my life.
No one knew what they were doing. I made an appt and when I got there they had no idea who I was. Took two days total because they have cars in multi
No one knew what they were doing. I made an appt and when I got there they had no idea who I was. Took two days total because they have cars in multiple locations. Was told the car would be cleaned but they gave it to me very dirty. Was forced to buy extra warranty and told it was to be able to get the loan. And worst of all, was promised a service if I purchased a car, then when they didn't do the service I had to call for two weeks and was told I was being "snippy" and they acted like they were doing me a favor for something they owed me. Be aware, you can get a car, but you have to deal with a lot of xx.
