First off, I do not agree with the dealership model in general. I think Tesla is doing it right by offering one price for vehicles, buy it if that price works for you, no haggle, no middle men taking a cu general. This is the reason is why I can only give 4 stars and not 5. That being said - Prestige gave me by far the best deal in the greater Denver area and were mostly open and honest. The Sales Manager even found us an extra $500 rebate and rushed over to stop us right before we signed to make sure we got it. Have worked with many CDJR dealerships in the past several years and Prestige has earned all my future business. Furthermore, the 'money man' or financial guy was super efficient and really appreciated that he didn't try to do a final upsell with things like extended warranties that I've ALWAYS ran into at other dealerships, very refreshing. More

TRADE-IN VALUE WAS 50% OF WHAT I SHOULD BE, WATCH OUT. RECENTLY BOUGHT A 2017 CHALLENGER R/T FROM PRESTIGE. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE YOU CAN POSSIBLY IMAGINE. NOT ONLY WAS I xxxxx FOR MY TR RECENTLY BOUGHT A 2017 CHALLENGER R/T FROM PRESTIGE. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE YOU CAN POSSIBLY IMAGINE. NOT ONLY WAS I xxxxx FOR MY TRADE-INS, THEY SOLD A "SERVICE CONTRACT" I DID NOT NEED. I am not going to point fingers anymore. It just became 100% clear that they took no responsibility for a mixed-up vehicle contract signing. so, if you go their website, there is a vehicle trade-in value tool to use. A 2005 STi should get $ type After I realized they gave me only $6750 total for a 2005 Brembo Edition WRX STi(which should have pulled a minimum of $12 G's Trade-In Value), I tried to fix some of the problems without any success.. They refused to admit any wrongdoing or messing-up. We are all human, humans constantly make mistakes daily.. I know I made the mistake of not taking a 1/2 hour to make sure contracts were filled out properly. And after you sign those things, most people believe it is all over, no matter how bad the dealer's side is. THAT IS CATEGORICALLY WRONG, especially if Colorado consumer protection lawyers say otherwise. Now I have no choice but to go to the BBB and/or get a legal advisor in order to get refunded. But live and learn right? More
