Ram 2500 Tradesman Overall, I had a good experience at Prestige Dodge but there were a couple of things that could have been better. My salesman, Ricky, and I had met Overall, I had a good experience at Prestige Dodge but there were a couple of things that could have been better. My salesman, Ricky, and I had met a few months prior when I began my search for a new truck. Everything was put on hold until last week when I decided to go ahead with my purchase and again dealt with Ricky. He was attentive and was able to seal the deal fairly quickly. I then waited over an hour with no one checking on me to meet with the finance manager, Jason. When I finally was ushered in, I was rushed through the process. Papers were flying, signatures were asked for, and when I was ready to leave without my truck as there was some work that needs to be done on it, I felt overwhelmed. 3 days later, on Monday, I called at approximately 10:30 AM and asked for Ricky and was told he would not be until noon. I explained that I needed to know if my truck had had the work done and asked when I could pick it up. I asked if there was a way to be picked up in Lyons and dropped off at the dealership and was told no one was available for that day, Monday. Ricky called me two hours later, and said the truck was ready and he would have somebody pick me up at 2:30. I asked if he would be able to spend time with me to go over the truck as I had many questions and he assured me he would be available. I was picked up on time, but when I arrived at the dealership Ricky had another customer and explained that I would have to wait. I was a little put off at this point as he had just told me an hour before that he would have the time to meet with me. Fortunately, Ken was available and walked me through the process of going over the different details of the truck. He was very knowledgeable and understanding. However, the work had not been done but Ken was able to make arrangements for my truck to be picked up at my house, taking it to Longmont to have the work done and then dropped off again. He could tell I was not happy! I feel as though once I made the deal, the ball was dropped. I know that this is a very busy dealership and people get busy but don’t forget your customers who are waiting to sign paperwork and pick up vehicles. More

Excellant experience Our salesman Steve Speliotes, was excellent. We tried to buy a Jeep and it was already sold. But instead of just calling and saying it was not avail Our salesman Steve Speliotes, was excellent. We tried to buy a Jeep and it was already sold. But instead of just calling and saying it was not available, he had another one to look at. This happened twice. Then on the third one we were able to make a purchase. Not sure if this happened due to it being Friday the 13th or not. As a business owner it was great to see an employee that had a problem but also had a solution. We need more employees like him. We are in Black Forest, Colorado about a 2 hour drive away, it was definitely worth the drive. The funny thing is that the dealership in Colorado Springs would not even try to deal with the price. Steve got the Jeep we purchase from the Colorado Springs dealer. We will absolutely recommend him. More

Genuinely friendly not just trying to make the sale. The transaction happened relatively quickly as far as dealerships go. They even gave me a box to pack up the stuff from my trade in.
