Will reached out to me to see if I wanted to turn my lease in early and Ken found me the perfect suv that I wanted. I received a good deal on the new 2023 QX60 suv and the paperwork was minimal. The suv is beautiful, top quality, was clean and ready with a bow on it when I picked it up with red carpet and all. Will was very attentive and spent time with us signing papers and showing us the features and how they worked. We were in and out of Finance quick and received papers via email immediately. Ken had all our manuals, etc... ready in glove box and had our first service appointment set up. I received emails with videos, etc right away. This is my 4th Infiniti and 3rd one that I got from Grubbs. I will recommend Grubbs Infiniti to others. More
