I built an Audi Etron from this group and right from the outset they tried to overcharge me. I received an instant quote form their dealer and Kelly Bluebook and the sales rep Victor was unethical. Unfortun outset they tried to overcharge me. I received an instant quote form their dealer and Kelly Bluebook and the sales rep Victor was unethical. Unfortunately this caused me to lose my temper and demand they honor their commitment. Less than one week later I got a flat tire and the Audi road side assistance was the biggest joke going. The FHP-Road Ranger was called and arrived within 20 minutes, and easily put on the miniature spare tire that was not even inflate It is now 4 days later and Audi road side assistance has never even check up on my. They were very rude and offered to get a tow truck which would have taken 2-3 hours, however they did not offer a way that myself and two passengers could get home. We were on the should of I-95 with cars wizzing by at 80 miles. Victor and Audi Stuart started playing the blame game but have down nothing to rectify the matter. I will say the service department so far has performed adequately. Update. Devon Carlson the General Manager got involved. All is well and I have to say I would now highly recommend them, even if you are coming from out of town. They brought down a Q-5 loaner to me in West Palm Beach and took my Etron and replaced the flat tire with a brand new one. Moving forward I will no longer be using Braman Audi in the future. The car is absolutely amazing. Even the finance guy was awesome. I will be backkkk. More

While driving from Melbourne to Naples FL, my low tire indicator light came on twice. I found an imbedded screw that was causing the leak. Thankfully Service Manager Ken answered my roadside call saying Y indicator light came on twice. I found an imbedded screw that was causing the leak. Thankfully Service Manager Ken answered my roadside call saying YES! they DID have an exact replacement for my tire. Upon my arrival, Patty was so welcoming, making me feel right at home. Patty took very good care of me, explaining that service would check ALL the other tires and fluids as well, ensuring me the car would be safe for my trip back home. Turn around was actually pretty quick, so I was back on the road in no time. Patty even called me later to be sure I got home safely. Service and care above and beyond what would be expected. Ken & Patty, Thank you so much for making my day, a good day! More
