Service is great when you can get in. Was told no loaners, but someone else came after me and another service advisor told another that he"needed another rental" and it was given. I got Lyft to work and back, and had to leave my car for$1500 of work and then they have me a loaner that my advisor was holding onto for someone coming 2 days later! Found that frustrating since if I had the loaner to start with I wouldn't have had to return to the dealer and could have gone home from work. More
