I didn’t like that I called 3 separate times to find out the status of my vehicle. No call back was ever given. I was texted that the vehicle was done and a list of recommendations for additional services s the status of my vehicle. No call back was ever given. I was texted that the vehicle was done and a list of recommendations for additional services such as brakes, tires, wiper blades, air filters and strangely a belt for the motor that was completely replaced but with the old belts and not new belts with a new motor??? More

Dropped the car off the night before service for an 8:30 appointment. I was contacted at 11:00am saying it was ready to be picked up. It was done under warranty, so even better I didn’t have to pay. After talking to the service advisor, we agreed upon I could have my car towed to Inver Grove Kia, even though they were X amount of cars deep and backed up in service The service visor told me they would could have my car towed to Inver Grove Kia, even though they were X amount of cars deep and backed up in service The service visor told me they would get my car in in the next two or three days I waited two days called the store. They advised me they could not get my car in even though I was told to have my car towed in there. After the f fourth day, I went up and retrieve my car with the tow truck driver wanted to get my keys from the service advisor. He laughed and said good luck, finding your car and handing me the keys, I don’t know anybody that would have their car towed somewhere and not have them look at it to have it towed to another shop Bad one on this one Kia More
