I used the online scheduling assistance. Selected the 22,500 mile manufacturer recommended service. When serviced at the dealership, service advisor (Randy) recommended only an oil change. I hope I don't regret this decision. I did not receive a digital video of the actual systems check of my car, however Randy did go over the inspection leaving me to believe I received thorough, kind and polite service. The oil change was completed within the estimated time. Comfortable waiting room with snacks, coffee and water. More
