So I called right back and got another Sales Rep who was NOT very enthusiastic about working with me (or my mediocre credit). Needless to say I was discouraged and borderline disgusted at the manner that I was treated or rather discarded. About 2 minutes passed and the phone rang again! This time it was KEN GRAY! Ken told me to come on in! He was sure that he could help me! AAAAnd Boy Oh Boy! did he help me....... right into a 2016 DODGE JOURNEY!!!!!!!!! His kind demeanor, and great work ethic turned this entire experience around for me! I am so thankful that MELISSA HAAS answered my call that day and decided to go one step above her job for me..... I know that she will do the same for you too! David Dodge is truly blessed to have these two on their team! I am soooooo glad that they were on my team! They can be on your team too... just give them a call!!!!!! More

Happy new jeep owner This was my first time buying a car on my own & I was a little intimidated by going into a dealership on my own. I walked into one & felt like I wasn' This was my first time buying a car on my own & I was a little intimidated by going into a dealership on my own. I walked into one & felt like I wasn't taken seriously & then called another & basically begged for him to send be options...still waiting ;) I knew I was buying a jeep, I just needed to find it. Those intimidating feelings quickly changed when I walked into David Dodge & met sales specialist, Dave Cooke. He was so helpful, informative, & I felt like he really cared about what I was looking for & my budget. He was also so friendly!! I was way over due for a new car but I took my time to research & felt like David really helped me find the right car for me. We found my car on the lot, he took the time on a very rainy night to go over every inch of the car inside & out & make sure I was happy & aware of eveything. He let me take the car the whole next day, try it out with car seats for my daughter, show my parents & really make sure it was it. He even sent me home with another option I was considering so I could feel 100% about whatever choice I made. He went above and beyond my expectations of what I thought the sales process would be like. My parents who have bought many of cars were so thankful for him & his kindness during the process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone & highly suggest you asking for Dave Cooke. I'm so happy to be purchasing a jeep & really happy to be working with such a wonderful sales person. He was beyond helpful every step of the way & I can honestly say I enjoyed the entire experience. Even the associates near by made me laugh & feel happy to be there, Ken Gray was so friendly! Thank you for making this big step enjoyable. I will be back one day!! More

We were connected with Ken Gray and could not have asked for a better stress free experience. We felt zero pressure to purchase the vehicle and the negotiations were painless. Other than taking about 4 hours from the time we entered the showroom to the time we left with the vehicle due to the busy-ness of the dealership (end of month on a Saturday), our overall experience was very good! I would recommend this dealership and would definitely consider buying a car from David again despite the distance I would have to travel. More
