We went in "just looking" and Ken Hayes came out to help us. He was so patient with us, he took us all over the lot and helped us find the perfect vehicle. Ken was just a pleasure to work with. Just to give you an example of the service you can expect when you have Mr. Hayes for a salesman, a couple of days after the sale, I accidentally called Mr. Hayes cell phone, to my surprise he answered, he knew who I was and wanted to make sure everything was okay with the purchase. I told him yes and that I had accidentally called him. I felt bad because it was even his day off, but I was so impressed that he answered the call on his day off, and after the sale. He was genuinely concerned that I might have a problem and he was ready to help if I did. Service like that makes me know that I bought from the right place and is also why I can honestly recommend this dealership and this salesman! More
