I live in Muskegon but refuse to do business with the local Mopar dealer here, Preferred Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram due to their poor reputation and the two week "sun treatment" that they gave my 202 local Mopar dealer here, Preferred Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram due to their poor reputation and the two week "sun treatment" that they gave my 2021 Dodge Durango RT in 2024. I am happy to travel to a dealership that cares and takes care of their customers. It may be a 25-mile drive, but at least I know the work will be done with care and on time. More
