Ken worked through this with diligence and attention. He helped with the sale of my previous MDX to my son as much as was possible given the circumstances. The Agent who handled the closing of the sale and lease transaction was also great and helpful. All persons in the dealership with whom my wife and I had contact were always friendly and helpful. Over the last seven years, I’ve purchased two cars from Bradshaw Acura. Everyone in sales, service, and the finance department are exceptionally friendly and courteous. He was very helpful and spent many hours answering my questions about the various models and their features. After both purchases, Ken spent several more hours going through all of the specific features of the cars. He also called several days later to check in to see if I had any questions and told me to come back anytime if I had any more questions and he would be happy to give a refresher on the ins and outs the cars offered. I appreciate the sincerity and the care that the Bradshaw Acura team provides to their customers. More
