There was no pressure to buy but clearly he could answer any questions and knew the operations and capability of the MDX I purchased. I would trust Ken to sell to my friends and anyone who wants to be treated with respect and fairness. My first service visit with Cory was also great. He explained the services needed as well as cost before I had the chance to ask. Waiting was a pleasure with many choices of snacks and drinks. While I was there Ken from sales checked back with me, answered questions and retrained me on using the many features of the MDX. I also shopped around for an SUV but Bradshaw had exactly what I needed. More

2016 RDX Purchase Purchased a new RDX Advance from Ken. During the review and use of features, we encountered a problem with the communications center that controls the Purchased a new RDX Advance from Ken. During the review and use of features, we encountered a problem with the communications center that controls the GPS, traffic and other features. I took the vehicle to the service department, where I was promptly given a loaner. The Bradshaw Service Department (Jennifer Rios) did a fantastic job getting the issue resolved and back into our new RDX the very next day. As for Ken, he is one of the best salespeople I've worked with. He knows the product and is very good at understanding the buyers needs. His no-pressure style makes the car buying experience much more palatable. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. More

We were previously very satisfied owners of a 2004 TSX and subsequently an Accord. We were initially contacted by Ken Hucker as a referral from the Acura Web site. It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Hucker; he was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable about the product. We did not feel any high pressure in terms of new car cost minus trade-in value and reached an agreement quite easily . Additionally, he willingly took the time and was considerate of our time that we needed to make various decisions. He found the exact car we wanted in both trim and color and since it needed to be ordered, he kept us up-to-date on a regular basis. Have owned many different brands of cars from many different dealerships and can say this was by far the best experience ever. Was greeted immediately by Ken Hucker and was thrilled with his friendliness, no-nonsense character, and tremendous knowledge of the cars. We purchased the 2015 MDX and have never been happier. Ken spent a great deal of time with us and made us feel like we were definitely making the right buying decision. JJ worked very hard to get us the exact price we wanted to pay and Mike made our financing paperwork quick and easy. Acura quality and the Bradshaw Team's professionalism made this a #1 buying experience. More
