I had a wonderful experience with Metro Toyota and my salesman, Ken K. I visited several area Toyota dealers looking to buy a certified used Toyota Sienna. I was ignored and no one helped me. I do not know why I did not get any attention when I went to the other car dealerships. When I went to Metro Toyota, Ken listened intently to my needs and what I wanted. We looked at minivans (which was my original intent to buy) but I ended buying a 4Runner instead. It was the best decision and purchase ever. From start to finish, everyone I encountered and dealt with was very nice and accommodating. The loan officer and I even went to the same college and was chatting up old times! From starting to look for a car and test driving to finishing up the transaction and signing the paperwork, you're experience will be very positive. Metro Toyota will be my dealership for life! I will not be going anywhere else. More
