New Vehicle Delivery. Upon arriving, I was greeted and directed to Ken Konopka's office. He had everything ready for delivery. I went to Dawn's Finance office and she gave me all the information I needed to complete the financial paperwork. She was helpful at explaining what needed to be signed. Ken and another Associate (Sam Ibrahim) answered any questions that remained. As Ken and I got to the delivery area. Ken thoroughly explained and activated most of the new Options. It was a very pleasant experience. More
