When we arrived the RAV was up front all cleaned up. Ken gave us the keys. I got a chance to look it over , went in and made an offer that was accepted. We had the pleasure of working with Ken 1 1/2 years ago when purchased our Camry XLE . Ken is very professional and is thorough in answering any questions. Once the deal was completed he spent much time with my wife going over the car feature. Ken is a great asset to the Metro Dealership . We currently have 2 Camrys and now the RAV4 all from Metro . Would not think of going anywhere else. The service team member was fantastic talking me through options. When I mentioned thinking of trading in maybe in spring, she introduced me to Ken for possibilities of a new used car. Ken also supported service, reminding me that I didn't have to make a buying decision today if it wasn't the right day. Ken showed me options and I found one I liked and within hours I was driving my new car. All the paperwork flowed through effortlessly (on my part). It seemed I just sat still and everyone brought everything to me. While I was sitting and watching things around me, I heard a team member introducing a new person around and they were saying such supportive statements about how everyone would help the newer person with anything - he shouldn't worry about asking the wrong person - there wasn't anyone on staff who wouldn't help him. Went to Dealership to Purchase a Vehicle I felt comfortable when I walked into the showroom. I didn't feel pressured and everything was explained to me in detail. I was also provided with lease options, which I didn't even think was an option for me. I was given a walk-through of my vehicle and learned things about my new car that my Avalon could do also but was never shown these things at the other dealership. My old car was pulled so that I didn't have to unload my stuff in the rain. This was also a new experience as the dealership I bought my Avalon from had me unloading my stuff not only in the rain but in the dark as well. I can't say enough how friendly, competent, and attentive the staff is at Metro, they have a new client for life. More
