Exceeds Expectations! I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Ken took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up purchasing a brand new Rav that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Ken with Metro Toyota. Leasing a 2019 Avalon My wife and I came to Metro looking to lease a new Avalon, we were greeted by Ken Konopka upon entering and immediately felt a connection with him. He asked us what we were looking for and what our needs were, when we told him that we were thinking of leasin* an Avalon, he immediately facilitated us .taking one on a tease drive. After driving the vehicle my wife and I decided it was the vehicle for us and we then sat with Ken and went throughout the negotiation process. At no time did we feel pressured from Ken. After making the deal we left and we received a call within 3 days that our vehicle would be read6 for pick-up on Thursday. Ken was extremely helpful with getting us the information for my insurance company so that part could be taken care of before pick-up on Thursday. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle Ken spent about an hour with us explaining the functions of the vehicle systems allowing us to be comfortable leaving with our new vehicle. More
