KEN MUECKE IS THE BEST!!! Last year I met Ken while enquiring about a pre owned BMW X5 that was at their dealership out in Peoria Arizona. I spoke with Ken prior to coming to t Last year I met Ken while enquiring about a pre owned BMW X5 that was at their dealership out in Peoria Arizona. I spoke with Ken prior to coming to test drive the vehicle and he answered all my questions thoroughly and was HONEST about the vehicle. Ken and I worked some numbers, he had to listen to my father who was besting him up over the price and finally we made a deal and I was the new owner of the BMW that I always wanted. This past year I have had the vehicle it has been amazing, safe and reliable. Ken left me a message about six months ago to just check in and see how my vehicle was, which obviously shows he is dedicated to his customers and satisfaction even months down the road after he sells a vehicle. I received a call from Ken personally on my birthday this past month in April just seeing how I was and the vehicle and obviously again to wish me a happy birthday! No salesman does any of this except Ken MUECKE!! Best car sales experience ever. whoever owns liberty Buick should be more than thankful to have Ken apart of his team More
