I purchased a used Chevrolet Camaro from them on October 29th 2022. Speaking with the Sales guy, he ensured me the car was in great condition and ran amazing only for me to find out it has a lot of problems 29th 2022. I live about 3 hours from the dealer so I went to pick up the car and upon arrival it was pouring rain. The car had a flat tire and I was told it was replaced when all they did was quickly patch it. Went on a very short test drive in the rain so I couldn't get on it or really try out the mechanics of the car. While the buying experience was good once I pulled out of the dealership everything turned to crap. On my 3 hour drive home the breaks started squeaking like crazy but most importantly the car started throwing warning lights that the clutch was slipping and would put the car in a limp mode. Once I arrived home I decided to check the oil and the car was down over 3 Courts of oil!!!!!!! I scheduled an appointment for the next day at a local chevy dealership to change the oil and look over the car. They found oil leaking under the front bumper and belly pan, Check engine light for a bad o2 sensor, told me my front brakes needed to be replaced and that the rear tires were shot. Leaving me with a bill of around $10,000. I reached out to my sales guy which was no help. Then I spoke with Camille as she called me to get my survey of the transaction and when I went over it with her she was in shock and was very helpful. She could not get me in contact with the sales manager but after a few weeks I acquired his email and have been ghosted. It really sucks to spend $50,000+ on a car and have to put money into it right away. I will not be doing any business with this dealership in the future and hope I can help people avoid being put into a situation like this. More

Went in to purchase my first vehicle on my own (Chevy Silverado ZR2), and was worried about how the whole process would go (since it was special order). Lousy excuse for a dealership Started off by having my first Tahoe purchase from them a year ago, they wrecked the vehicle when it went in for service and never told me and took it Started off by having my first Tahoe purchase from them a year ago, they wrecked the vehicle when it went in for service and never told me and took it upon theirselves to try to repair it before I know. Got another Tahoe and took it in for an oil change and got it back with no lights working, mind you it’s a 2019 and had no issues prior to coming in, only went there for a simple oil change. And silly me considered buying yet another Tahoe and was told after all the terrible service department experiences I’ve had. I was told now they will not even work up numbers for me on a Tahoe, because they have worked up several deals for a family member who decided not to purchase. So they are there to simply work up numbers and try to make a sale that’s a dealership. Overall terrible place and wouldn’t recommend purchasing or using them for service. More

Dealership wrecked my car while in service and lied I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I brought my car in for a service they wrecked my vehicle while it was in their possession they tried I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I brought my car in for a service they wrecked my vehicle while it was in their possession they tried to lie to me and not tell me in my vehicle was ever damaged they took it upon themselves to repair my car in a parking lot using spray paint and parts for my other GM vehicle. They do not wish to make the situation right they only wish to give me a similar vehicle from auction their customer service is terrible and do not believe it when they say they have the best service department because I promise you every time your vehicle goes in it will come out damaged. More
