A long day with positive outcome My service visit started with high hopes & quick resolution of body damage issue at 10:00am. Friday, October 18, I was told to come in & the “Dent man My service visit started with high hopes & quick resolution of body damage issue at 10:00am. Friday, October 18, I was told to come in & the “Dent man” would fix a small door dent. Because of miscommunications (not on my part) I was asked to come back at 1:00pm. Giuseppe Moretta & Ken Petracone were helpful & steered me to Steve D’Lena in Service. Steve was very helpful & took the lead in facilitating the fix for my door. He gave us regular updates, keeping us informed. The work was completed by 4:00pm., thanks Dent Guy. For Steve’s great efforts, in particular, I give my rating. More

Ken Petricone was great to work with. The car we purchased will primarily be for our daughter, a new driver. Ken was patient with us while we tried to figure out which was best vehicle for her.
