Great experience. Great salesman Adam Gordon was a great salesman. I bought a used truck and he worked with service department to get the things fixed that I wanted fixed. It just turned 303, Great Job by Tommy Lawson, svc mgr along with assistants Mike Purk, Kim, Justin, and Kenny on servicing my 2005 TC LTD last week. It just turned 303,000 miles and needed some regular maintenance done along with replacing some worn parts that lasted this long. Good people / Good experience I have been dealing with Haasz for about 7 years and have nothing but good things to say starting from sales to service to the collision center. Great service experience as usual! Went in for an oil change,tire rotation and replacement of rocker panel. These guys were right on it and even had the replacement rocker panel in stock. While there I inquired about activating the Daytime Running Lights on my 2012 Challenger. After some research Ken Ruffner made it happen. These guys are always courteous and willing to listen to any concerns or requests you have. More

A+++++ Took my used 2012 Challenger that I just purchased from Haasz a couple weeks ago in for brake issues. They replaced the rear brakes and rotors with no Took my used 2012 Challenger that I just purchased from Haasz a couple weeks ago in for brake issues. They replaced the rear brakes and rotors with no issues and also gave me a free oil change/tire rotation when it comes due because I had been in the waiting room for about 4 hours. Ken was very apologetic and genuinely seemed to care about my time. I just scheduled another appt for this Saturday to have an HVAC and engine noise issues looked at. So far I like the service dept, just hoping to get this Challenger's issues fixed before the bumper to bumper warranty runs out which is very soon. More

The service manager Ken rocks!!! Ken goes above and beyond making it right for a customer! He handled my concerns from beginning to end!
