Bob Rebb was patient and accommodating, Justin Williams insured I received upgrades at my proposed price, Blake Teears quickly processed my lease paperwork, Mike Murdock patiently explained all the control panel features and options, Rick Dotson insured I received eligible rebates, Tanya Tomanek gave me the gift bag and is always cheerfully friendly and Ken Schaffner was the miracle man who installed my roof rails with a really awesome, positive attitude. Overall a wonderful Bozard experience which made me feel like a valued customer. Looking forward to my next Lincoln purchase. More
