Friendly accommodating staff & Great Experience! Second Lincoln lease with Bozard. Employees were friendly, accommodating and professional. Bozard valued my time and closed on Lincoln in 3 hours, inc Second Lincoln lease with Bozard. Employees were friendly, accommodating and professional. Bozard valued my time and closed on Lincoln in 3 hours, including training time with tech on all the dashboard features. I appreciated that every employee who approached me was wearing a mask. Bob Rebb was patient and accommodating, Justin Williams insured I received upgrades at my proposed price, Blake Teears quickly processed my lease paperwork, Mike Murdock patiently explained all the control panel features and options, Rick Dotson insured I received eligible rebates, Tanya Tomanek gave me the gift bag and is always cheerfully friendly and Ken Schaffner was the miracle man who installed my roof rails with a really awesome, positive attitude. Overall a wonderful Bozard experience which made me feel like a valued customer. Looking forward to my next Lincoln purchase. More
