I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Greenway Hyundai Orlando. In July 2025, I leased a new Hyundai Palisade. From the beginning, the dealership prepared the lease paperwork incorrect Greenway Hyundai Orlando. In July 2025, I leased a new Hyundai Palisade. From the beginning, the dealership prepared the lease paperwork incorrectly. Even though the contract had to be redone and signed again with the correct payment, Hyundai Finance’s system was never updated to reflect the right amount. For more than three months, I have been stuck in a frustrating cycle between the dealership’s finance team and Hyundai Finance. I have made countless phone calls, provided documentation, and even joined three-way calls between both parties. Despite all of this, nothing has been resolved. I have repeatedly tried to contact the dealership’s General Manager, Ken Sidano, as well as Hyundai Finance’s escalation team, but I have not received any response. At one point, a Hyundai Finance employee even told me to reach out to the dealership myself and forward paperwork—because nobody at the dealership would answer their calls. This is completely unacceptable and puts the burden on me, the customer, to fix an issue that is not mine to solve. What should have been an exciting new car purchase has turned into a nightmare of stress and wasted time. Neither Greenway Hyundai nor Hyundai Finance has taken responsibility, and as a customer I feel completely abandoned. I have lost all trust in this dealership. More

#1 – do not believe any negative reviews on Greenway Hyundai…of course there are ‘special cases’’… Here’s my very positive experience (Read on): My search finally ended at Greenway Hyundai this pa Hyundai…of course there are ‘special cases’’… Here’s my very positive experience (Read on): My search finally ended at Greenway Hyundai this past week. In short, months spent searching for just the right ‘’one’’. A 2022 Kia Stinger GT-2. I quickly contacted the sales department by the internet where it was listed for sale. I was quickly contacted by the dealership and placed in contact with Woody Ervin. Woody was very friendly over the phone and answered all my initial questions. Being that I was 4 hours away, he also took a special video and sent it to me by text and email so I could see more of the car. I explained that wasn’t able to make it to the dealership right away; it was going to be a couple days until the weekend. Unfortunately, they were not able to save the car even by reasonable deposit. So, instead I rented a car and drove down the next day to inspect it in person along with my father. When I arrived at the dealership, the Stinger was already out front and ready for the initial test drive. Woody Ervin met us in the lobby. We ran out to check out the car and it was nearly flawless. Just a couple of minor imperfections that I wasn’t expecting and that did not show up clearly in photos of the vehicle description on the net. We next went for a test drive and I quickly said, ‘’…SOLD, as long as the deal could take a couple other factors into place…’’. Mainly a small ding and some scratches. Woody said, no problem CC. I’ll get it all taken care of. What more could you ask than that on a used car. Woody presented the final numbers, but I still had a slight Issue on the O.T.D. price. AJ, the general manager, got quickly involved with my concerns on the write-up. He was very friendly and understanding concerning the imperfections and then requested to give them a few minutes to figure out what he could/would do on the final deal. All I can say is AJ and Woody worked the absolute magic that truly went above and beyond!!! And, it was a DONE deal and off to the finance department to sign on the purchase. So, the only unexpected delay in the purchase was having to wait for the imperfections to be professionally repaired while we waited. That task took almost 4 hours for the service company to arrive and to complete the next to flawless fixes. Also, following these repairs, the car had yet to be final detailed (e.g., washed-n-vac’d). In reality, I would of taken it as it was without the W&V to get back on the long road for home a bit sooner. But Woody was insistent that the vehicle definitely not Greenway Hyundai as my perfect new ride. As I accelerated on to the freeway vey , my dad said, wow what a machine! And all I said back was, what a sweet deal with the guys at Greenway - Pops! If you’re presently looking for a great deal on a Hyundai or any used car (in my case a rare Kia) that they may have on the lot, don’t hesitate -- head straight to Greenway Hyundai in Orlando, Fla. Please be sure to ask for Ervin Woody as your preferred salesperson. He is very friendly, humble and courteous. I am a repeat happy customer of Greenway Hyundai. I moved an hour away but still only go to Greenway to get service on my car or buy cars. The owner Ken is so friendly and helpful, he actually talks to customers and listens if they need help. Managers like Berk also go above and beyond to help if you have any issues. When you shop there you feel like family and they do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy and get the best deal. My newest car is the 2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid and I love it. The service department is top notch and I highly recommend them! Jorge in the finance department will help you get the best deal and is always available if you have a question or concern, even if it isn’t finance related. Woody is the man to see to get you in the car you want if you are buying . He is friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. He works with you to get you exactly what you want at the price you want. The awesome ladies who get you a loaner if you have your car serviced are also so helpful and friendly and they put out great snacks if you are waiting or shopping. If you are looking for a car or need your car serviced give them a try, you will be a return customer! More
