After some confusion on the sale price was cleared up by the Sales Manager at the dealership, I would recommend this dealership. The van we initially intended to purchase was sold by another salesman as we the Sales Manager at the dealership, I would recommend this dealership. The crew at Glenbrook Dodge Chrysler Jeep took the time to find another van of the same color and better options, which was on the lot but so new to the dealer that it was not yet even in the system. After completing the paperwork on the 2012 van, it was nearly closing time for the dealership. Fully expecting to be told to come back the next day so that they could get the van prepped, we were surprised that the people in the vehicle prep area and our salesman stayed 1 hour beyond closing time, so that we drove home with our new van. Ken even assisted in cleaning out our trade in. Seemed to be above-and-beyond, when we would have been satisfied coming back the next day. We have been totally satisfied with the vehicle and the dealer. More
