He offered great advise for me and handled the sale expeditiously and painlessly. He was VERY knowledgeable on every option my Denali Ultimate has and it is loaded with options. He is truly one of the best sales people I have dealt with in my life and I am 69 years young and have purchased many new cars. When I met Fred Marszalek I was impressed with him on my financing because he listened and understood I only wanted an extended warranty and didn't try to hard sell me on the many additions that other finance managers in other dealerships have. A real pleasurable gentleman to work with. Nathan Shaw greeted me when I arrived with an offer to smooth anything out I was concerned with. After the purchase, he met me again to see if everything I needed was seen to and asked me to contact him if anything was to come up. Easy breezy I found a car on the web, emailed with a salesman, went to the dealership, test drove it and took it home. Simple.
