Everyone was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The experience was so easy and straight forward. All of the options were laid out clearly with the pricing and differences between them. They worked really well with us in the beginning with the loan process and to make a deal. However, once the deal was through and the final steps needed to occur they did some sketchy things. They were not a loan process and to make a deal. However, once the deal was through and the final steps needed to occur they did some sketchy things. They were not as pleasant then either when we called them out on these things. I love my car but it was a headache in the end getting it. More
