I was born in Chicago, IL. I have now lived in Southern California for 26 years. I am currently living in Covina, CA. I have two sons and love spending as much time as possible with my boys. I have been in the car business since 1995 and been at Reynolds since Dec 2005. I love it here at Reynolds; It's the best dealership I've worked for. I love helping customers find what they need and want. I have 2 vehicles within 2 years from same dealership. no mark up like other shaddy dealership and not to push of the stuff that you are not comfortable. Highly recomend this compare to other price gaugi no mark up like other shaddy dealership and not to push of the stuff that you are not comfortable. Pooooor CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went in for pulsing brakes. Was told needed rear brakes and all rotors needed to be turned. Why? I contacted Kennedy Hardy of Reynolds Buick regarding a used vehicle that would fit within my budget. I explained to Mr. Hardy what I was trying to accomplish in my time frame and my price range. Dedication to one’s craft may only be secondary to devotion to precepts of loyalty and integrity. Mr. Hardy “has it all.” Mr. Hardy went out of his way to come into his office when he was scheduled off that weekend to accommodate my schedule. Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This was the best car buying experience ever! Pleasant, friendly, fair, and fast! We did an exhaustive internet search and visited several dealerships before coming to Reynolds. We walked away from a few "bottom line deals" elsewhere. The Reynolds experience, from the "no pressure" approach while we browsed to the closing paperwork, was outstanding! And by far the best price we found anywhere. There need to be more salespeople like Kennedy. I particularly love his no-pressure, no-hassle, approach. Kennedy treated us with respect, and allowed us to make a decision without trying to *sell* us during the process. I would recommend (and already have!) this dealership to anyone. You will not be disappointed. More

The car was everything that I wanted and a price that couldn't be beat (seriously). Within an hour, after test driving the car, we were signing papers. This car purchase was the easiest I have ever experienced. Mr. Hardy was very professional and very friendly and made this purchase a 5 star! I first saw the very low priced car online and called to find out more information on the car. I talked to Kennedy and he assured me the car was in great shape and that the listed price was the actual price find out more information on the car. I then drove 5 hours to Reynolds Buick the next day to hopefully purchase the car i saw. Kennedy called me assuring me he will hold the car until i get there. The car was in perfect condition especially for being used and the paperwork section of the deal went very smoothly. For these reasons I gave all 5 stars. More
