The Glanzmann team absolutely exceeded my expectations. I had spent months researching car prices, negotiating tactics, and how to approach different aspects of the buying process for months. Everything I was worried about from that research was not an issue at Glanzmann. The hassle-free no negotiating policy resulted in what I believe was a fair price for the car, without the unpleasant back and forth. Liz Gross, my product specialist, was knowledge about the car I was interested in and quick to respond to my follow up emails. Finally, the 5 minutes it took to sign the paperwork in the F&I office without being upsold on packages I was going to say no to anyway was a breath of fresh air. I couldn't believe how quick it was! Glanzmann has streamlined the car buying process and should be the model for the industry. More

He also went above and beyond with his time to show us the Outback prior to and after the purchase. Lastly, his understanding of the sad goodbye of our traded-in car of 16 years was greatly appreciated. Ken is an exemplary Subaru employee, but even more importantly, a really wonderful person!
