Enjoyable Experience With Care, Excellence & Partnership! Ken was excellent, from the time we first met him to the time he said enjoy your new car! His professionalism, thoroughness, honest, caring approach, Ken was excellent, from the time we first met him to the time he said enjoy your new car! His professionalism, thoroughness, honest, caring approach, patience, and most importantly his going above-and-beyond made finding and buying a new car a positive experience. This experience was so positive we have shared it with our family, friends, and co-workers. Even though we initiated the process of researching new vehicles several weeks ago on our own, he made the difference in guiding us and working with us as we took the step in not only deciding to purchase a new vehicle (rather than keeping what we owned), but to purchase one this month! We feel he was our partner during the entire purchasing cycle and we were glad he was. Rob, the new car Sales Director, was welcoming, friendly, and focused on helping us in any way possible. His honesty and personal touch were greatly appreciated. He was responsive to all our questions and took that extra step to assist us for we had not purchased a car for fourteen years. His partnership with Ken was seamless and we never felt pressured. Rob’s positive leadership and focus on customer satisfaction was clear and undoubtedly has a positive and nurturing influence on the rest of the new car sales team. Doug was helpful through the financial process. He was knowledgeable and explained all of the various warranties available to a new car buyer and got us through all of the paperwork. Friendly, listened, and didn’t waist my time. I went to multiple dealerships and this one was the best experience. I told them my price range, and they stuck to it. The salesman Ken was great and answered all questions. Todd made sure I understood the price breakdown and was very patient with me. Later, I brought the car in for some battery concern and they took me right away. They even gave me a loaner with no issues and was super concerned with my concerns. The car is great and I love it, but their friendliness, willingness to stay in my budget and throughness is what made this car amazing. I’ll definitely be going back. More

Great experience I am really happy with the way Ken went out of his way to help me find a 2018 Subaru Forester. Because it was the middle of October, there weren’t ma I am really happy with the way Ken went out of his way to help me find a 2018 Subaru Forester. Because it was the middle of October, there weren’t many available and it looked like it wasn’t going to work out. However, when a 2018 came in , which had been out as a loan( I think,) he called me immediately and I was able to get the car I wanted. His pleasant manner and low key approach puts you at ease from the start, and makes the whole experience pleasant. I highly recommend him and the dealership. More
