I can't say enough, I worked at the Gallatin dealership for about a year, married my managers daughter and went back to school. Then it went to Newtown, and now we live in Florida. We called Mike and he set us up with Kenneth and let me tell you I can't be more satisfied. We completed the deal completely sight unseen in less than 24 hours. I know you can't please everyone but if you want to find out what terrible car buying is try to buy one in Florida LOL. Kenneth was great even amidst the snowmageddon snow storm January 2026. Terrible experience. They tried desperately to not let me use my own lender. I came with Capital One, they suggested their lender, that didn’t work then I suggested mine, They tried desperately to not let me use my own lender. I came with Capital One, they suggested their lender, that didn’t work then I suggested mine, the pressure me to use their lender again, theirs fell through and I had to use Ascend. It was so difficult and took literally 2 weeks to finish. After ascend I saved nearly $10000. They are liars as well. The finance team told me Ascend told them I needed a bigger down payment. Then they tried to go over me and talk to ascend themselves, until I told them they don’t need to talk to ascend and finally then sent what was needed after I spoke to management. It was terrible. I won’t use them again. bring your lender and be firm about it. You will save tons of money, More
