Dishonest, Disorganized, and an Overall Awful Experience The dealership lied and stated they had a 2016 CX-5 in stock to get me into the door so they could try to sell me another car. I drove over an hour to go pick it up and was informed when I got there it was sold the previous day. After expressing frustration, Kenneth stated he would make things right by giving us a good deal on a 2017 CX-5. After test driving that car, he was only willing to budge on the price by $350 dollars and did not care about our dissatisfaction with the dealership. Overall it was a waste of our time compounded by lies from the dealership and its employees. Stay away and go to the many more reputable Mazda dealerships in the tri-state area. More
