Experienced Sales Manager Ken Lopez (a true pros pro) was empathic, fully transparent, a straight shooter, no games. Being an 'old school' guy it was truly refreshing. The same goes for product specialist Angel Graziani who not only answered all questions but did it with the flair he brings. The business manager Lily was scary organized. After the sale Angel completed the paperwork, called insurance company, reviewed the features, setup my phone and music. Terrible service, don’t respond to phone calls and my car sat for 5 days in service while they tried to charge me for repairs to the “pre-certified” car I bought 4 months ago They promised me new mats whe sat for 5 days in service while they tried to charge me for repairs to the “pre-certified” car I bought 4 months ago They promised me new mats when I purchased the car but never delivered, I brought that up when the car in for repairs and they replaced only the front mats (they shipped me the others) The service needed light was on when I picked the car up from service and the video they sent me to go over the car check had music blaring so I could not hear a thing. I bought two cars from this dealer but never again! Ever More
