One word to describe my experience at Mazda of New Rochelle: PHENOMENAL! All my apprehension was put at ease as soon as I met Henry who made me feel like family. He was so personable and optimistic, even though I was doubtful having been to other dealerships where it did not work out for me. Sandy in finance was so kind and helpful and was able to secure me reasonable financing. I was able to get my car and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. I will forever be grateful that my first car buying experience went so well thanks to the staff at Mazda of New Rochelle. More

The customer service at this dealership is through the roof. My sister and I were shopping for her first car (we’d already been to a few dealerships prior) & Mazda really went above and beyond for us. The roof. They provided a genuine connection & didn’t make us feel like just a sale. The two people we interacted with the most was Henry from Sales & Sandy from finance. Henry was honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He made the dealership experience way better than it usually is. Sandy is an amazing woman who knows her job well & puts herself in the customers shoes during the whole experience and it shows. The connections that she has with the banks really worked out in our favor. Thank you guys so much for making a usual boring and drawn out experience a fun one. More
