This is the Worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my 66 years. I took in my 2023 Chevy Silverado LT 1500 4x4 5.3L for a reapply the zektech sealer and my truck went in clean and just washed. When I received a call to pick it up the condition I received it was Terrible. Spots all over the whole truck. Looked like water spots but it was everywhere on the truck. They wanted me to take it back so they can redo it but I decided not to take it back. I don’t trust them with it. I will never spend one more dime at this dealership. Very upset and very unprofessional on how they handled it. There excuse was that they don’t have a good detail shop. That’s what they told me and said they couldn’t do anything about it. Terrible customer service !!! 😡 More
