I paid a lot of money (over 2 thousand dollars) for poor quality of service. I have only been in New Mexico 41 days and my vehicle is still in the shop since September 23rd, 2022 and counting do to poor qua quality of service. Today is October 11th, 2022. The Lyft service that they provide is free and is extremely poor quality also (i.e. Long wait times, consistent changing of drivers, poor quality of vehicles and very unclean vehicles, etcetera). I've been lied to, my phone calls have been ignored. I have requested/demanded to speak to the "General Manager" Ken Orosco and my request was ignored. I'm deeply disappointed and beyond!!!!!!!!
