Before I was even welcomed into the finance office I was instructed to go off the dealerships wifi and leave a 5 star review here. Salesman and finance have done nothing but complain about being overworked instructed to go off the dealerships wifi and leave a 5 star review here. Salesman and finance have done nothing but complain about being overworked and short staffed during and after the deal, which I have found very unprofessional in a higher ticket sales position. With our deal falling apart Ken Orosco is extremely emotional and began to yell at my wife and I. I truly feel sorry for the staff below him. More

Benjamin was awesome. He explained everything and was a joy to deal with from the moment we walked in the building till we walked out. The problem is with management. I referred two other people that perched because I was promised a $100.00 bird dog fee. I never get the money and Benjamin tried repeatedly to get management to pay up!! I feel terrible for your sails staff! More

Bryan Wiltgen it’s amazing at customer service and being attentive. I had bought a new 2023 Chevy Trailblazer (with someone else, big mistake) and Bryan helped me when I returned with concerns and questions attentive. I paid a lot of money (over 2 thousand dollars) for poor quality of service. I have only been in New Mexico 41 days and my vehicle is still in the shop since September 23rd, 2022 and counting do to poor qua quality of service. I have only been in New Mexico 41 days and my vehicle is still in the shop since September 23rd, 2022 and counting do to poor quality technicians as well as communication among the staff. Today is October 11th, 2022. The Lyft service that they provide is free and is extremely poor quality also (i.e. Long wait times, consistent changing of drivers, poor quality of vehicles and very unclean vehicles, etcetera). I've been lied to, my phone calls have been ignored. I have requested/demanded to speak to the "General Manager" Ken Orosco and my request was ignored. I'm deeply disappointed and beyond!!!!!!!!
