We have purchased both used and new. We are convinced that Mercedes is a quality product and they value our business. The best ambassador of that business is Ken Stuart. We specifically asked for him on round two, because we got such great service from him the first time around. Ken is very responsive and quick to meet the needs of his clients. I especially loved this particular car and there wasn't one in Columbus. I was very disappointed. Ken managed to find one "somewhere" so that my husband could bring home the car I wanted in time to surprise me! Further, Ken stopped at my house and programmed the car opener for me. He then proceeded to spend at least 30 minutes (on his time) going over the new features of the car with me and making sure I understood all the new gadgets that were on my car. I can always count on a hello from Ken when I stop and get my car washed. Friendly and always asking if he can help, I will be sure and ask for Ken when it's time for our third car! More
