This dealership is outstanding. We have purchased a total of 3 cars from Ken in the last 3 years. We moved to Troy, Michigan from Dublin, OH where the dealership is located but that didn't stop us fro total of 3 cars from Ken in the last 3 years. We moved to Troy, Michigan from Dublin, OH where the dealership is located but that didn't stop us from buying our third car from Ken - a 2013 GLK. I originally called him to help us with a refinance of my 2008 C Class. We walked through the numbers and the interest rate we were paying on my C Class and asked if he could work on some things because he thought he could get us in a newer vehicle, lower monthly payments and much, much better interest rate. We spoke off and on for a couple of weeks. He made sure I gave him my "have haves" and "nice to haves" so that he could order the vehicle from me. He spent a lot of hours with his team to get the vehicle and financing we were looking for. That said, he also worked on the deal while he was on vacation with his family at Disney! In the end, I was able to trade in my 2008 C Class for a brand new 2013 GLK with lower monthly payments and a HUGE interest rate reduction. It's this kind of customer service, loyalty and dedication to their customers that keep us loyal to Mercedes and this dealership. I will drive 4 hours each way for this kind of treatment.
