My truck was in this dealership over 3 months off and on. 7 drop offs and pickups. The check engine light was on and it was throwing one code going in and 3 coming out. I would ask you check google re 7 drop offs and pickups. The check engine light was on and it was throwing one code going in and 3 coming out. I would ask you check google reviews so you can read my full google review and my wife’s. They wanted me to have her take her review down before leaving the shop. We didn’t know at that time that it was throwing more codes. This has been a very stressful event. They were paid by warranty yet the truck was still not fixed. They billed what we know upwards of 15,000. They gave us estimate of another 11,000 on a guess. I will not do business here again and can not recommend. Please do a search for them on face book and talk to people in town before doing business. They bribe people to remove reviews. More

I don’t write reviews often. When I do, it’s because the experience was either exceptional — or something went very wrong. Unfortunately, this has been the worst dealership servi When I do, it’s because the experience was either exceptional — or something went very wrong. Unfortunately, this has been the worst dealership service experience we have ever had. We have contacted an attorney and are exploring additional avenues for resolution on our truck. They had my husband’s truck on and off for over three months for the same issue — the check engine light. We have returned it six separate times, and we live nearly an hour away, making this extremely time-consuming and disruptive. The warranty covered what they initially diagnosed as the problem, but the issue was not resolved. An engineer even flew in and assured us the truck was fixed. It was not. The check engine light came back on immediately after we brought it home. We are now being told it will cost over $11,000 to repair the truck, yet they are not certain this is the actual issue. It is a suggested repair based on the engineer’s recommendation. Previously, another costly repair was suggested that also turned out not to be the problem. We were nearly charged for that as well before it was dismissed. We did not purchase the truck at this dealership, but it has been regularly serviced there. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend their service. Updating to add we picked up our truck a 7th and final time with the same issue it was dropped off with. We will not be doing business here again. More
