We have been working with Kenny F on the sales side for the past three years, and he has treated us like family; we feel so special every time we walk into the dealership. We were nervous about switching from the generation 1 CX-5s to generation 2. Still, Kenny took all the time in the world to walk us through all the mechanical, design, and safety updates in the vehicle to comfort us on the quality we would experience. The management team of Ahmed and Jorge are brilliant; they maintain a great group of employees and provide a competitive yet fair rate on all their vehicles. The employees of this dealership maintain a high level of consistency in service, from the car buying experience to every oil change and service appointment you book. Mazda vehicles last forever (we are at 216k+ miles on our 2014 CX-5), and they keep improving yearly by introducing new models and special editions. I have been going to DeMontrond Mazda before it became DeMontrond Mazda. I have bought several new vehicles over the years from Kenny who has always been a fantastic salesman, not too pushy & always work DeMontrond Mazda. I have bought several new vehicles over the years from Kenny who has always been a fantastic salesman, not too pushy & always worked hard to get me everything I wanted. This past Saturday, I was on my way to show houses when I noticed the wrench had came on in my car letting me know it was time to get the oil changed. I pulled in without an appointment, but they made time for my car. I told them I was in a huge hurry so they even push a rush on it so that I was in and out so quickly. I even got a video of what was being done to my car. They have always take care of me & all my family members that have also bought from Kenny. We all really appreciate the great service & the kindness they always deliver even when your in a huge rush they cater to your every need!!! Love this dealership & everyone that works there! Warning- don't buy from these people. Bought a used vehicle 2 months ago paid cash still no license or title. Apparently did not have good title when it was sold. Contacting my lawyer for advise. Just had the best experience with Kenny. Up front, knew his cars and was a wonderful pleasure working with him. Drove out with a new CX-5. Love the car. Even got more on our Mazda3 trade in than what I exp his cars and was a wonderful pleasure working with him. Drove out with a new CX-5. Love the car. Great experience, family oriented, and great customer care!!! I went in looking to price a SUV after going to a couple of dealership’s around. Right away Allan cihlar approach my family and myself outsid care!!! I went in looking to price a SUV after going to a couple of dealership’s around. Right away Allan cihlar approach my family and myself outside in the lot (In mid summer), so we told and show him what we were looking for and right away he called one of his Coworker’s ( Kenny) and with in minutes he came out with keys and waters for all of us. The good/funny part was to show us their Cx-9 has a lot of room for our growing family, my wife, son, myself and both Allan and Kenny get in the car and told us “ see you’ll still have room of the newborn and one other person”. When we finally went inside we Allan showed us our options and packs with their great deals that stayed in our budget. Allan cihlar and the demontrond Mazda group stood out to us because unlike there competitors we stood outside for a good hour outside looking at cars then had to hunt down a salesman inside, wait for them again just to help us ( to go talk to the boss to get us the best for us very couple of minutes, for hours). So needless to say I’ll be I’ll be a repeat customer More
