Gus was literally amazing. He made my car buying experience the best I've ever had in my life. We were just out 'browsing' for a new car when we decided to go to Grubbs; it was definitely a wise choice. From the time we arrived Alejandro was by our side showing us whichever car we needed to see and an to go to Grubbs; it was definitely a wise choice. What a can i say🤔🤔 lots of promises🤔🤔they got me approved one minute the next day not approved the following day i was approved 🤔🤔we did all the signing they took my down-payment and my trade in a approved one minute the next day not approved the following day i was approved 🤔🤔we did all the signing they took my down-payment and my trade in and got the new car delivered to Austin🤔🤔i had the new car in my garage two day's🤔🤔but later had to sign a few more papers sent them back drove the car for a week just to find out the bank wouldn't approve the loan due to me not able to open up a savings account for 1 dollar🤔🤔 they approved the loan but couldn't approve me for a savings account🤔🤔 craziest thing i ever heard of 🤔🤔 but i had no clue what was going on untill i contacted them to figure all this out 🤔🤔 i lot of communication to get the car in my garage but not so much after that🤔🤔 so now im getting my car back there picking up theres getting my payment back by check and im late on my car payment 🤔🤔 worst car buying experience I've ever had!! I well never recommend you guys to anyone!! Due to the fact that everything felt unprofessional towards the end of the sale. And lack of communication towards they end also. More
